An Evening of Bubbles with Bisol
The Bisol family has been making wine in the Prosecco DOCG of Italy’s Veneto region since 1855. More than 150 years later, Bisol is still family-run and widely regarded as one of the top Prosecco producers in Italy.
The family is fortunate to own a large parcel of quality vineyard sites, allowing them to control how the grapes are grown and select the best. In an area where the average vineyard holding is tiny (around 1 hectare) and larger producers are forced to buy most of their grapes, Bisol owns 50 hectares of DOCG vineyards, including 3 of the 106 hectares in the Cartizze zone (highest vineyards in the region, where land is worth $1 million/hectare!) Having chosen the path of quality versus quantity early on, they remain one of the very few houses that control the entire production process, ensuring quality in every phase, from the selection of the terrain, to growing and hand picking the grapes in vineyards on steep slopes, to bottling.
On Wednesday July 21st, Ottimista will showcase Prosecco’s prowess and affinity for food with Bisol special guest Roberto Cremonese. Roberto will spend an evening with us, pouring and discussing his estate’s wines tableside. We’ll offer a range of Bisol bubbles by the glass as well as a tasting flight of all the wines.
To accompany the wines our a la carte menu for the evening will feature dishes inspired by the Veneto region.
Reservations not necessary – just come on by!
Introducing Happy Mom Hour
Thursdays 2pm-6pm
Calling all new moms and mommy groups - we're starting happy hour early on Thursdays especially for you! We know you like to get together with other moms and your little ones before prime time, and that you need enough room for all that gear. So we're starting the party at 2pm every Thursday, and reserving the patio, just for you!
All of the regular happy hour specials listed above apply. Just grab your baby and come on by!
Note to mom's clubs: if you are planning to bring a bigger group (more than 6 strollers), please give us a call at 674-8400 to let us know, so that we can better accomodate you.

Ask and you shall receive. Now, every weekday from 4-6:30pm, enjoy 2 for 1 wines by the glass, $5 Menebrea beer, $6 well cocktails and $6 Fernet shots.
Happy hour food specials include $10 pizzas, $5 Arancini and $5 Asiago-pastry wrapped olives.
